Malga Bagna dell’Orso

Alexa and Stefan, both natives of the Puster Valley, have been managing the Malga Bagna dell’Orso since 2010. Alexa takes care of the culinary side of things with some mouth-watering specialties form her home region, such as Pressknödel (pressed dumplings) and traditional Krautsalat (cabbage salad) fresh from the garden. Stefan takes care of the service and his homemade schnapps has earned him quite a reputation – there are over 20 different flavours to choose from!
